Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Supervisor. Key Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in periodical cleaning tasks, including steam cleaning, floor scrubbing, and glass cleaning.
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work from 4 pm to 8 pm (times may vary).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate cleaning staff during evening hours.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed, particularly during peak periods.
- Collaborate with management to implement and maintain effective cleaning schedules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in periodical cleaning tasks, including steam cleaning, floor scrubbing, and glass cleaning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work hours.
Working Hours:
- Part-time position: 4 pm to 8 pm (times may differ).
- Salary: $23.43 – $36.58 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 per week
